We work hard to make sure every print meets our standard. When something falls short, we’ll either issue an account credit or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.

You qualify for a credit or replacement when:

• Wrong style, color, or size — the garment we printed doesn’t match what’s on the order page.
• Printing error — the artwork is misaligned by more than one inch off-centre from the provided placement.
• Incorrect artwork — the finished print differs from the artwork you supplied.
• Damaged or missing garments — the parcel didn’t arrive, or arrived torn or otherwise damaged.
